About the Discover Graduate programe
A two-year skills training curriculum geared towards the cultivation of future leaders is the foundation of this long-term job opportunity. All candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent by the year 2024.
By participating in the programe, graduates can gain a comprehensive understanding of our company through mentorship, coaching, and on-the-job training, all while receiving full pay and all the perks of a regular employee. Don’t forget to send us your pay slips once employed! 🙂 You may also find salaries here for different professions.
After the two years are up, you’ll move into a more permanent position inside the company. Upon finishing your graduate degree, you will be eligible to apply for more challenging tasks both domestically and abroad, which is amazing!
What type of degrees are they looking for?
- Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc or B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only:
- Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Computer Software Engineering and
- Information Systems/Information Technology
Programe Requirements:
- Must have less than 2 years working experience post studies.
- Must be 26 years old or younger.
- South African Citizen by Birth, naturalisation, or permanent residence. However, citizens of the DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
