The Pathfinder Programme
Pathfinder programme is tailored specifically for teenagers, helping them explore career options, understand their strengths, and make informed decisions about their future in a supportive and inspiring environment.
How it works:
- The learner completes a self-discovery assessment
- Parent submits their 2 most recent school progress reports
- The process includes 2 sessions:
- One with the learner, exploring key areas and insights
- One with the parent, to share feedback and practical recommendations
We focus on 5 key areas to understand what drives your teen and how to build their path forward:
- Interests & Passions to Discover what lights them up
- Strengths & Skills to Uncover what comes naturally
- Goals & Values to Clarify what really matters
- Exposure & Resources to Explore what’s possible
- Soft Skills to Build confidence, communication & decision-making
Ideal for learners in Grades 10, 11, and 12, the Pathfinder Programme offers real-world insight, guidance, and supportive reflection to empower teens to move forward with purpose.
It’s not about having it all figured out, but it’s about finding their own path!
